When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. To help us serve everyone efficiently, please avoid sending us order‑status requests. If you have an urgent concern, contact us with your order number and we will respond as quickly as possible. We appreciate your enthusiasm for your LS5 and are working diligently to fulfill your order. 

If you ordered the wrong variant, please let us know ASAP and DO NOT REORDER. We can update your order in our system to avoid any unnecessary fees.

Please be aware that all order cancellations and returns are subject to a 10% fee to cover payment processing charges. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. For further return details please refer to our refund policy
